Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 24+ hours before the scheduled pickup time receive a full refund. Cancellations made 12-24 hours before pickup are subject to a 50% charge. Cancellations within 12 hours of pickup or no-shows are charged the full fare.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Please contact our team for any refund inquiries.

Flight Delays

For airport pickups, we track your flight in real time. If your flight is delayed, there is no cancellation fee. We adjust your pickup time automatically based on your actual arrival time.
