By using the services provided by Golden Lotus Limo, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.

Booking & Reservations

All reservations must be made at least 2 hours in advance. We recommend booking 24-48 hours ahead for guaranteed availability. A valid credit card is required at the time of booking.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in USD. Prices include base fare, fuel surcharge, and tolls where applicable. Gratuities are at the discretion of the passenger. Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.

Vehicle & Service

Golden Lotus Limo reserves the right to substitute vehicles of equal or greater value if the booked vehicle becomes unavailable. All vehicles are non-smoking. Pets are allowed with prior approval.

Liability

Golden Lotus Limo maintains comprehensive commercial insurance. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other conditions beyond our control. Lost or damaged items left in vehicles are the responsibility of the passenger.
